MINI RULES

The Contest begins at 12:00 PM ET on June 1st, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 31st, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who are at least the legal age of majority in their Province/Territory of residence at the time of entry into the Contest (each an "Eligible Participant"). "Entrant" means the Eligible Participant who, during the Contest Period, already has or opens a TD Easy Trade account (note: it is free to open and maintain), and who completes one or more of the following methods of entry (the "Entries"), for a maximum of twenty-one (21) Entries per Entrant: #1) Fund $250 in net qualifying funds to your TD Easy Trade to receive ten (10) Entries. See note below for more information on this Method of Entry; #2) Submit a unique 100-word essay describing your favourite 10 items to trade when you were growing up, and mail it to TD Easy Trade Contest, 4612 Chemin Bois Franc, Saint Laurent, Québec, Canada, H4S 1A7 to receive ten (10) Entries. This Method of Entry must comply with the Content Restrictions defined in the full Contest Rules. #3) Follow TD Direct Investing on Instagram (@td_directinvesting) and tag a friend in the comments of the Instagram post dated June 1st, 2026 to receive one (1) Entry. There are twelve (12) prizes available to be won, each consisting of a CAD $20,000 investment executed by TD Direct Investing through the TD Easy Trade platform, used to purchase units of a single exchange traded fund (“ETF”) selected by the winner (each a "Prize" and collectively the "Prizes"). The ETF must be available for trading and listed on a Canadian stock exchange. The investment will be made into a TD Easy Trade cash account and executed at the prevailing market price on the trade execution date. The value of the prize is fixed at $20,000 CAD at the time of trade execution. When completing the Declaration & Release form, the winner may choose to either keep their Prize or "trade" in their Prize for one (1) of the following ten (10) options: A CAD$20,000 e-gift card to TD Precious Metals. Must be used in one transaction; A CAD$20,000 e-gift card to Amazon.ca; A Creator Tech Bundle (total approx. retail value ("ARV") CAD$20,000); A CAD$20,000 credit to your Aeroplan account; A CAD$20,000 e-gift card to Uber; A CAD$20,000 e-gift card to Goodfood; A Premium Home Gym and Recovery Package (total ARV CAD$20,000); A Start-up Tech Bundle (ARV CAD$20,000); A credit of CAD$20,000 to your Helix Personally Concierge travel account; A CAD$20,000 donation to one (1) charity of your choice. Mathematical skill-testing question required. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
